Accessibility

Sweet Hearts wants everyone to be able to shop comfortably. We aim for our site to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA, and we keep working to improve it.

What we have done

• Every page can be used with a keyboard, with visible focus outlines and a "Skip to content" link.
• Text and buttons use color combinations chosen for readable contrast.
• Product photos have descriptive text for screen readers, and sizes, colors and prices are always written out in text.
• Buttons and form fields have labels, and important updates (such as items added to your bag) are announced to screen readers.
• Animations are turned off if your device is set to reduce motion.
• Pages work on phones, tablets and computers, and text can be enlarged with your browser's zoom.

Known limitations

Some product images, such as size charts and feature graphics, contain text within the image. Sizing information is also available in each product's text details. If you need help with any image, contact us and we'll describe it or send the information another way.

Checkout

Checkout is completed on Walmart.com, which has its own accessibility program and support.
